In crisp, lightweight ramie, the Rhoda Dress—which we first designed last summer—features whisper-thin spaghetti straps that tie at the shoulders. A tie at the ruffle-trimmed neckline creates a playful keyhole detail, while a fitted smocked bodice gives way to an ankle-grazing A-line skirt.
