The Hollis Dress is a floral confection you’ll return to again and again. The high neck is constructed from a self-ruffle shirred into the neckline just above the collarbone, echoing the ruffles at the shirred in shoulder bands. The yoke is constructed from textured elasticized shirring at the center front and back, connecting to the shirred-in bust panel and two rows of elasticized thread at the waist, creating a lovely textured complexity. The two-tiered skirt flares out from the waistline and cascades to the ankles, culminating with a tiny skirt ruffle that dances with every step.
