The high, full coverage neck extends above the collar bone, with a petite self-ruffle at the collar and a slit at the back closed with a single fabric button. The sleeves are shirred into the shoulder cap for a slight puff, and the waist seam connects to a self-fabric tie at the back of the dress that allows you to adjust to create the perfect fit. The A-line skirt flutters down to just above the ankle.
